Enclosed please find my deposit of $200. Please reserve a spot for me in the Contemporary Guitar Making session checked above. I understand that the tuition balance of $800 is due two weeks prior to the course start date. In the event that I must cancel, I will recieve a full refurn (less a $100 administrative fee) if at least two weeks notice prior to the course start date is given. There are no refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the start date unless my spot is filled by another student. If an emergency forced my cancellation, and there is space available in the following session, I have the opportunity to move my registration and tuition to that course.
